Before we kick off, you’ll set the tone for the new leadership lifestyle you’re stepping into, getting clear on how you want your days to feel, what time and capacity you have available to create, and what values and impact you’ll be embodying in this new season.
IDENTITY
This is where we’ll develop your overarching strategy, integrating your existing themes with your new lifestyle approach, establishing “the thing” that makes your content memorable and presence magnetic. We’ll also identify an existing plot line that you can carry your audience through, storyboarding a multi-platform content series surrounding this journey to kick off your new season of leadership.
STRATEGY
Even if you’ve been creating content for years, lifestyle-centric visuals can feel like a totally different beast. We’ll walk through a collection of examples and options, and then identify which styles make most sense based on the aesthetics you’re drawn to, the brand atmosphere you’ve already built (or a new one you want to step into), as well as making sure we’re leaning into visuals that are easy for you to execute (and I’ll teach you how, where it’s needed!).

Taking the strategy we developed, we’ll make sure you know exactly how to make it happen through monthly, weekly, and daily systems for sustainable creation. You’ll also get access to an exclusive private podcast series, “Off-the-cuff,” that is specific to short form content creation for platforms like Threads, Stories, TikTok, and Substack Notes.

I get it, because I’ve been playing in this process for years.

What if I’m not naturally good at aesthetic or visual content?
By the end of this program, you will be ;). We’ll identify all of the content styles you’re drawn to, and then we’ll identify how you can create them in your own way, honing any additional skills that are needed. You’ll have the chance to practice creating them and sending to me for feedback, too, so you’ll learn exactly what tweaks to make to get the look you want.
Do I need a big following to monetize and create income streams through this?
Noppppeeeee. All of the strategies you’ll learn here will be applicable whether your followers are closer to 100 or 100K.

This is not catchall business coaching or 24/7 support but an asynchronous messaging space that is intentionally held in relationship to the curriculum and action exercises. I'll review your work from each lesson, answer questions as you move through curriculum, brainstorm and share feedback within the program scope.
How much time do I need to commit each week?
I’d recommend making sure you have at least 3h/week available to you for at least the first 3 weeks of the collaboration, because that’s when we’ll be deeply immersed in the lessons, implementation work, and feedback. After that, the focus will be on implementing your strategy with my support, which we will have intentionally designed to fit your *real* capacity for creating, so the amount of time you commit will be totally in alignment with what’s most sustainable for you long-term.

While LOTP is a program that encompasses online leadership strategy through the lens of community connection, growth, and investment, it is rooted in different (but equally valuable!) methods. Leadership Lifestyle is for people who want to evolve their content style, and lean into lifestyle content creation as a strategic tool, showing up as yourself and sharing your life — all without *abandoning* the business you’ve built. This is a great evolution for folks who had done LOTP, but can be taken on it’s own as well. There is no overlap in the content between the this and any other program.
