The Long Beach Iced Tea
1 oz tequila
1 oz vodka
0.5 oz sweet vermouth (We’ve been loving the Lo Fi vermouth from Napa Valley)
Squeeze of fresh lime juice
4 oz iced peach green tea (or your fave craft iced tea)
Lime wedge, fresh mint and candied pineapple for garnish
- Add vodka, tequila, vermouth and lime juice to tall Collins glass over ice. Top with iced tea and stir to combine.
2. Garnish with lime wedge, mint and candied pineapple.
