A 4-MONTH GROUP MENTORSHIP for the ambitious ingenue who is no longer willing to sacrifice pleasure at the altar of the things that make you money.

through business (re)design and hands-on strategic support, we’ll craft a landscape for your livelihood that feels like a reflection of your true leadership potential, gives you actual autonomy over your time, calls in the caliber of opportunities you know you’re meant for, and creates the income stability you crave — without sacrificing a single drop of pleasure, along the way.

or, in more specific terms

↓

FUCK YEAH

PROFITABLE OFFERS THAT CENTRE YOUR CREATIVITY

CONTENT THAT CALLS IN OPPORTUNITY

FULL AUTONOMY OVER YOUR SCHEDULE

MORE TIME SPENT CREATING FOR YOU

DIVERSIFIED (AND GROWING) REVENUE STREAMS

FOUR MONTHS TO

ALMOST TOO FUN TO GET PAID FOR. ALMOST.

if you’ve ever been personally victimized by the belief that pleasure isn’t allowed in the same room as MONEY, leisure ethic is where we say, RESPECTFULLY, FUCK THAT NOISE.

here, you’ll let your whims guide you in the direction of work that feels fun as fuck, with the ultimate goal of shaping a life + livelihood you’re unabashedly obsessed with.

I WANT THIS

THE LEISURE ETHIC MENTORSHIP IS FOR tHE LEADER WHO

001 / recently shifted your business towards a model that was supposed to offer you more freedom, but still feels like a whole lot of doing and not enough enjoying the fruits, you know?

002 / has dreams to pursue beyond the business you’re in but you don’t actually have time to expand into new revenue streams or pursue those bigger opportunities... yet ;)

003 / is known as an expert in your space for doing really fucking good work, but you can’t shake the feeling that you’re not living up to your full potential

004 / is on the brink of big change whether it’s a move, a business pivot, or a jump from corporate and you want to make sure you’re standing in a stable model that you can sustain (in like, a really fun way)

005 / has become known as a go-to service provider in your space and while you’re obsessed with the clients you get to support, there’s a voice in your head every morning that asks for more: visibility, opportunity, and tbh, *money*

006 / is feeling the nudge to diversify your revenue streams so you can lighten the load on client work because you know that's the ticket to your next level of leadership and sneaking it in between zoom calls won't keep cutting it

THE KIND OF GROWTH YOU CRAVE CAN’T BE FOUND IN YOUR OFFER SUITE ALONE.

the traditional offer ecosystem will serve you in your solopreneur season, but the full breadth of your leadership will stay tucked behind your tidy title until you choose to step outside of it.

in this mentorship, we’re taking that step.

we’ll design a landscape for your livelihood that puts you at the centre, supported by a mosaic of revenue streams that take into account all aspects of your leadership — within your existing business, and beyond.

OOKKKK PLZ

while Leisure Ethic is a new STRUCTURE, I’ve been holding groups through the same transformation over the past two years.

during those experiences, here’s what they gained in their words:

↓

more ease and spaciousness in my day to day, increased revenue and less freneticism calling it in, FAR larger and more invested community.”

– NATASCHA

presence & expression on new platforms, content workflows and confidence (getting more posts out per week in less time), foundational offers in place as pillars within my business, more engaged community that I'm an active member in!”

– JESS

confidence in my decisions and actions. trust in choosing to do the things you enjoy and that it can bring both income AND joy. that hustle isn’t toxic when it’s aligned, well timed, and fuels you rather than drains you (and that I'm allowed to love it). that protecting your space and downtime is a non-negotiable.”

– XIAONA

craft offers that leverage mediums you love, so that even as you’re planning curriculum or pouring into client projects, your work feels like an extension of your creative being

when i say "landscape OF your livelihood," i mean this kinDA shit:

PLEASURE

shape your schedule to support more flexibility and choice within your days, every day, so you can let desire lead, say yes to spontaneous adventures, spend the afternoon on a patio on a whim, and wake up to a business that feels like a fucking gift, not a burden

AUTONOMY

strategize your content to become a catalyst for opportunity, garnering gigs for speaking, publishing, events, or partnerships on your terms, within the boundaries you’ve set for the type of work you love to do

VISIBILITY

build (or rebuild) your business landscape in support of your ideal client/creativity split, flipping the scales so you’re spending more time creating for you than you are for others

CREATIVITY

open up new revenue streams that create stability and space in your business, so you can fund your next big life leap or pursue that passion project without having to pour more into your service-based or client-facing work

OPPORTUNITY

Leisure Ethic is a business building mentorship — but we’re not starting from scratch, we’re starting FROM honesty.

this isn’t the first time you’ve sat down with your vision or dreamt up what your ideal business could look like. it might not even be the first time you stepped into that business, served clients, and seen sales.

but all those other times, there was a little whisper:

+ your offers need to look a certain way to sell.
+ your impact is only felt when you’re over-extending.
+ if something feels fun, it’s not allowed to be a priority.
+ the recognition you desire is too egotistical to claim.

THE DIFFERENCE NOW IS YOU'RE FINALLY READY TO TELL THE TRUTH.

HERE FOR IT

what you really wish you could get paid for (but haven’t launched because, “it’s not a thing”)

what you secretly dream of ditching in your business (but haven’t let go of because, money)

how selfish you actuallyyy want to be with your time (but haven’t admitted because, duh, selfish)

the opportunities you know *could* be in your inbox (but haven’t pursued, because, eeeeek)

THE TRUTH SOUNDS LIKE

AND THE LEISURE ETHIC MENTORSHIP IS WHERE THOSE MAYBE-SOMEDAY DREAMS BECOME YOUR RIGHT-NOW REALITY.

instant gratification is the leisure ethic love language.

this isn’t long-term strategizing or future-self scripting — this is getting our hands dirty in the present to actualize the version of leadership you want NOW.

DESIGN YOUR LEISURE ETHIC

STRATEGIZE THE "HOW"

JUST FUCKING DO IT (WITH LOTS OF SUPPORT)

NO MORE OF THIS "BEST LAID PLANS" BULLSHIT.

you can create the content strategy, ideate the income streams, and set visibility goals ‘til your Notion Dash combusts, but if you don’t have a business that gives you space to pursue them… well.

you know that story.
you’ve lived it.

not only will we reprioritize where your time and energy is being spent so that actually moving towards your goals feels easy to pencil in, we’ll also do that shit together, in real time, so you can start living in the rewards of your brilliant bold ideas instead.

LET'S DO SHIT

“I feel like my entire business has changed. And my life has changed too. Not only have I transformed my entire offer suite... but I've far surpassed the revenue I was making BEFORE which is WILD.”

(from Lois, after moving through the 1:1 methods that are now included in the Leisure Ethic mentorship)

FULLY FUCKING IN IT:

the Leisure Ethic mentorship is a group community, but it’s informed by the work I’ve been doing with 1:1 clients for years.

in those spaces, results have been things like:

↓

"I'm averaging about the same or more in revenue (which is nuts, I wanted to hit easy $10k months and then make a plan to scale but I'm already at 30-40k) but instead of it being 50% profit, it's like 80% profit, and it's work I feel like I was put on this earth to do. plus I just hit 10k followers teehee."

– LOIS

“I went from being very sad about my company and my consulting work to creating my dream professional life in a matter of months. for years I had daydreamed about becoming a full-time coach, as it was work that I truly loved, but never had the confidence to take the leap and try it.

not only did I get to make that transition, and quickly, it led to another huge opportunity that is the other job of my dreams.
so I went from having no dream jobs to having two.”

– AMY

consistency in bookings and revenue from becoming a known leader... community DEPTH and fulfillment, creative clarity and diversity in outlets/platform presence... hard skills of building a sales page, creating specific content, working through blocks with sales emails, getting people to convert, launching a variety of programs. I feel so confident in my marketing in every aspect.

if you’re at the bottom of this sales page wondering if you need to have specific elements of your business figured out before you can get started, I’ll be honest:

the way you’re currently running your business isn’t relevant to this space.

yes, this is for “leaders” — AND, your definition of that will look entirely different by the end of this experience. to force you to filter yourself through one specific lens simply won't do service to the shifts you’re here to make.

if you’re on the fence, rather than listing out a bunch of generic FAQs, let’s just have a 1:1 conversation in the DMs? that way, I can answer your questions directly, hear more about YOUR specific goals, and share whether or not this space is the right fit for you.

when I was running a design agency with a team of 7, I let my creativity die so I could delegate.

I bought into the promise that a bigger team meant more legitimacy, a better shot at being recognized as the caliber of creative I felt like on the inside by impacting folks at the scale we envisioned on the outside, but the business that was once a creative outlet became something I had never truly wanted to build.

I stole time to post on Instagram because deep down, I knew that there was a world in which I could make what I wanted to make, say what I wanted to say, impact folks with both, and become recognized as a leader, for all of it. I could see the seeds of that sprouting, but I wasn’t giving myself time to water them.

when I pivoted to education, I thought I cracked the code, but the same patterns were repeating themselves: falling into the trap of pushing as hard as I could Monday-Friday, stacking my schedule with client calls, mistaking having time for having space until the only way I could prioritize my own creativity was to wake up before dawn or dedicate my weekends to it. I ended up down an optimization well, trying to squeeze the most out of my productivity but sacrificing parts of myself in the process.

now there were blooms of my online efforts — partnership opportunities, dreamy peer collaborations, a wildly profitable offer suite — but a part of me was still hiding. the part who is proud to be known as a social media expert, but isn’t just

the part who’ll spend hours on Pinterest saving aesthetic pictures of butter, who loses her shit over a tart red wine, who wants to make gift guides based on gossip girl characters, who will drop everything just to film a video about a delicious loaf of sourdough bread, who wants to write sexy fiction... and all that recognition I was desiring from the get go, I wanted that for her.

not for some polished, expert, authority version — but the real one. the whole.

enter: Leisure Ethic.

that dream is my reality now, because of the philosophy and a methodology that guides me and my clients through decisions about how we run our businesses, and the revenue streams we pursue beyond them, with one core purpose: that all of us — the whole — can shine.

your version of this exists too.
that’s what we’re creating here.

HI, I'M XANTHE

GET STARTED

BY THE WAY:

your side quests aren't distractions.
they're reflections of what you wish your work schedule could include.

I learned this the hard way so that you don’t have to: you’ll never live up to your full potential if you keep brushing parts of you off as if they're nothing but silly diversions from your "real work."

Leisure Ethic creates space for your indulgences and curiosities within your workday, every day, so you can stop feeling guilty for falling down the rabbit hole when you’re “supposed to be…” whatever-ing, and embrace a new kind of work/life integration: where whoever you feel like being still benefits your bottom line.

FINALLY

your life ON leisure ethic

continue to grow your income through a range of channels, making you feel SO safe and stable with a portfolio of work you adore, that allows your business to shift shapes as you evolve

006

new opportunities in your inbox weekly (sometimes daily!) whether it’s to speak in someone’s program, collaborate on an offer, guest on a podcast, or pursue a paid partnership

005

never be caught saying “I don’t have time for…” any singular desire that suits your fancy, whether it’s fiction writing, collage journaling, or slamming your laptop shut to eat baguette in a park somewhere (meet you there at noon?)

004

spend the majority of your work day on things you deem “pleasure,” because you’ve shaped the landscape of your livelihood around things that you would probably be doing for free because you love them that fucking much

003

a stellar reputation for going above and beyond without ever over-extending yourself, so you’re actually ENERGIZED by your community (never drained or resentful) and feel endlessly supported by them in all the spaces you share

002

flexible offers that allow you to tap in and out of client support without ever feeling bound by someone else’s timeline or expectations (so you can literally do whatever you want when you wake up in the morning and never worry that you’re not delivering).

001

LET'S DO IT

WHICHEVER YOU ARE

AN ESTABLISHED EXPERT READY TO REACH YOUR FULL POTENTIAL

ON THE BRINK OF SOMETHING BIG AND BETTING ON YOURSELF

A STELLAR SERVICE PROVIDER EXCITED TO BE SEEN AS MORE

by saying yes to this mentorship, you’re committing to leveraging the power of the internet to build the business you want — and that includes social media marketing.

you won’t be asked to show up online beyond your capacity or push the boundaries of what you’re willing to share, but we’ll be getting really fucking smarttttt about what you post, where, and how, looking at your online presence as tool that helps your big vision find YOU because you’re already creating for it.

side effects may include

↓

THERE IS ONE CATCH

↓

posting shit that “doesn’t make sense” with your business, but DOES support your vision

becoming known for who you are BEYOND just what you sell

creating conversations (and offers!!!) that shift the tides of your industry

admitting you want to change your handle from your biz to your name (hehehehhh)

actually starting that OTHER thing (fashiontok? fiction substack? LOCAL event series? pet page?)

IF YOU'RE DOWN for THAT, KEEP SCROLLING

↓

in pursuit of your Leisure Ethic, the ask will be this:

get honest about the pleasures you’re no longer willing to sacrifice in the name of making money.

own the whole self you long to be known as.

shape a business that doesn’t just ‘let’ those things shine — it only grows because they do.

LUCKILY, THERE'S A MENTORSHIP FOR THAT.

i'LL BE THEREEE

"Just had to have a little cry because I opened the Vision version of how I want my days to feel, and realized I did it. WE did it. I’m living it."

(from Natascha, after being hosted in the small-group business strategy space that inspired the Leisure Ethic mentorship)
