The Pin Up Grapefruit and Pineapple Spritz Cocktail
Ingredients
1 oz aperol
1 oz sweet vermouth
1 oz pineapple juice
0.5 oz fresh grapefruit juice
2 oz sparkling water
Grapefruit wheel, for garnish
Ice
Directions
- Add aperol, sweet vermouth, pineapple juice, and grapefruit juice over ice in serving glass.
- Top with sparkling water, and gently stir to combine.
- Garnish with sliced grapefruit wheel.
