1.5 oz Mezcal
4 oz Fresh grapefruit juice
0.25 oz Jalapeno simple syrup
Lime wedge and torched rosemary, for garnish
Stir mezcal, grapefruit juice and jalapeño simple syrup over ice in serving glass rimmed with Tajin spice.
Garnish with lime wedge and rosemary.
Using lighter or kitchen torch, light rosemary until charred, smoky and fragrant.
Makes 1 cocktail.
